To our Valued Owners…

The excitement is growing here in Northern Baja, especially at The Residences at Playa Blanca.  As we near completion and delivery, many details need to be attended to.  For those of you that have returned your Trust Agreement to First Title Services, We Thank You!  For those of you that haven’t, please help us with this important matter.

We know you have all been patiently waiting and now the time is near, transfer of title and delivery of your Residences condo is very close.  As we prepare for delivery, the consolidation of the necessary paperwork becomes paramount.  As you know, most of our owners will take delivery through the Fideicomiso (Bank Trust).  To speed this process up, we are putting the master trust in place and we need as many of the Trust Agreements signed and returned as soon as possible.  Remember, the Trust Agreement is the contract; it will have to be signed before transfer of Title.  So, please assist us and get these Agreements returned to First Title Services.

Also, to assist our owners with the completion of their purchase, Bob Vivante and I will be in contact with each owner in the near future regarding questions on Financing and Closing.  Everything is in place to begin the process of the Title Transfer by late October this year.

I personally want to thank all of our owners for their patience during this construction process.  The beauty of this situation is that we are going to deliver to all of you a much more incredible experience of ocean front living than you originally purchased.  I hope you are as excited as we are!  We are looking forward to seeing each and every one of you taking pride in the delivery of your condominium at The Residences at Playa Blanca.
